After ordering your test, a home test kit will be sent out to you. This kit will include access to a pre-test counselling video and details to contact a clinical expert in DNA testing, if after the video you have further questions or concerns.

When you are happy to proceed with the test, you are required to provide a saliva sample and post it back to the laboratory in the pre-paid postage envelope provided.

Once the test has been completed you will receive a pdf report of your results via email with a access to a post test video and details to contact a clinical expert in DNA testing if needed at no additional cost.

How will I get my results?

Following your appointment you will receive a comprehensive electronic report clearly detailing all your test results and the implications. Test result reports are shared via our secure patient portal.
