The cost of a private GP appointment depends on the type and length of consultation. For a first in-clinic consultation we generally recommend a 30 minute appointment so that you have sufficient time with the doctor. The cost of this appointment is £139. Follow-up consultations are typically £105 for a 20 minute appointment, or £89 for a remote appointment by phone or video.

We aim to offer appointments as quickly as possible and same-day consultations are often available. Availability can vary depending on demand, but our team will always work to provide the earliest suitable appointment.
Access to many private consultants and diagnostic services requires a GP referral. If appropriate during your consultation, our doctors can arrange a referral and our admin team can assist with the next steps.
No. Our services are not designed to provide emergency care. If you are experiencing severe symptoms such as chest pain or breathing difficulties, please attend your nearest A&E department or contact emergency services on 999.
Yes. You can see a private GP while remaining registered with your NHS GP. We recommend maintaining your NHS registration as certain healthcare services in the UK are only provided through the NHS.
Yes. Registration is optional, but we offer a range of membership plans for individuals, couples and families. These plans can help spread the cost of private healthcare and provide access to additional services.
Your consultation is confidential and your medical information will not be shared without your consent. We are independent from NHS systems and your records are stored separately unless you request that information is shared with another healthcare provider.
We are unable to claim directly from insurance providers. However, if your policy includes private GP services we can provide an invoice so that you may submit a claim to your insurer.
If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before it starts you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time the consultation fee will still apply. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
