Our Sports & Activities Medical assesses your fitness to participate in various strenuous activities. From marathons to scuba diving, we ensure your physical condition meets the demands of your sport.

Activities such as boxing, triathlons, marathons, skydiving, and scuba diving often require a medical certificate. Contact us to confirm specific requirements.
Bring the required forms, photo ID, a passport-sized photo, NHS GP Summary, and any medications or prescriptions. For vision checks, bring your glasses.
The examination may include medical history review, blood pressure tests, ECGs, spirometry, and general fitness tests tailored to your sport or activity.
Complete the Medical Request Form and upload all necessary documentation. Ensure you have your NHS GP Medical Summary and any required sports forms.
Results and certificates are typically provided at the end of the appointment. More complex tests may require additional processing time.
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before it starts, then you will receive a full refund. However, If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour period before the appointment is due, then you will be liable to pay the cost of the consultation. If you do need to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible.
