Following a consultation with one of our experienced GPs, we can arrange private referrals to trusted specialists, diagnostic services, or hospital consultants tailored to your specific health concerns. Whether you require further investigations, expert advice, or advanced treatments, we ensure a smooth and efficient process to connect you with the right professionals.

To access private Consultant or Diagnostic services a GP referral is required. Our General Practitioners are all experienced and can diagnose and treat a wide range of ailments. However, sometimes referral is required to a more specialised Consultant or Diagnostic service.
As part of a GP appointment with iGP a consultant referral is included at no extra charge. iGP has longstanding relationships with the Private Hospitals and Consultants in the localities in which we practice, meaning our GP’s can refer to the most appropriate specialist Consultant in your area. If a referral is required our GP’s will raise the referral and our admin team will liaise directly with the Consultant to help arrange your appointment as swiftly and efficiently as possible.
As part of a GP appointment with The IGP a diagnostic referral to a local private hospital is included for no extra charge. Our most common private diagnostic referrals we undertake are for X-Ray, MRI and CT Scans. Our admin team will process any referral for a diagnostic service to help arrange your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before it starts, then you will receive a full refund. However, If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour period before the appointment is due, then you will be liable to pay the cost of the consultation. If you do need to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible.
