Yes. All consultations at iGP are completely confidential. We will never share your medical information or consultation details without your permission. In some situations we may suggest informing your NHS GP to ensure continuity of care, but this will always be discussed with you first.

We cannot claim directly from insurance providers. However, if your insurance policy includes private GP services, we can provide a full invoice for your appointment so you can submit a claim to your insurer.
