Service Information: Coil (IUD) services, including insertion, removal, and replacement of both Mirena (hormonal) and copper coils, provide reliable and long-term contraceptive solutions tailored to your individual needs. The copper coil is hormone-free and effective for up to 10 years, while the Mirena coil releases hormones to prevent pregnancy and can also alleviate heavy menstrual bleeding, lasting up to 5 years. .

Copper coils are hormone-free and prevent pregnancy by releasing copper ions, while Mirena coils release hormones to prevent pregnancy and can also help with heavy periods.
Copper coils last up to 10 years, and Mirena coils last up to 5 years. Both can be replaced as needed.
Contraceptive implants are over 99% effective at preventing pregnancy and last up to 3 years.
Discomfort during insertion or removal is minimal. Local anesthetic is used to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure.
We provide full aftercare guidance post-procedure. Mild cramping or spotting is normal, but any concerns can be discussed with your practitioner.
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before it starts, then you will receive a full refund. However, If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour period before the appointment is due, then you will be liable to pay the cost of the consultation. If you do need to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible.
