Document Completion Medicals

If you have documents that need completing as part of a medical, such as a standard visa medical form or a medical for employment,in order to establish all the full requirements of your medical, we will first need you to send us a copy of the form(s) that you need completing as part of your medical. The link below and this will take you to our online Medical Request Form where you can provide us with the requirements of your medical and upload any documents you have related to the medical.

The first step in the process is to complete our Medical Request Form. This will help us identify if we are able to complete the medical or if it needs to be a specialist clinic or NHS GP.

Once we have your completed Medical Request Form we will evaluate what the requirements are and what tests/screens are required. We will then inform you of the costs associated with undertaking the medical and also the expected turn-around time for the medical. We will also contact you to provide you with a suitable time and date for the medical.

Attend your appointment with a GMC Registered iGP Doctor, where you will have plenty of time to discuss your concerns. The doctor will provide advice and detials about any treamtent or testing that may be required.

What to expect when I get there?

iGP's focus is on the quality of care for our patients. This means that we want to make the process of seeing a private doctor in clinic as simple and pleasant experience as possible. Our clinics in Cardiff, Carmarthen, Newport & Swansea are conveniently located, with free parking and disabled access. We can also provide a chaperone during your appointment if required.
