A 20 minute follow-up appointment is designed to provide continued care and support after your initial consultation. This session allows your doctor to review your progress, address any ongoing concerns, and adjust your treatment plan if necessary.

If you are a registered patient or have been seen before it may be possible for us to issue a repeat prescription. Please be aware that we will only issue a repeat prescription if appropriate and/or clinically indicated. You may also be asked to arrange a follow-up appointment before we can issue you with your prescription or medicine. In order to order a repeat prescription, you must first complete the following form indicating which medicines you require, the quantities and dosages of the medicine.

iGP offers a dedicated menopause clinic with an iGP GP who specialises in Menopause care and treatment. Our service is led by Dr Sandar Hlaing who is a qualified member of the British Menopause Society and is highly experienced in the management of all stages of Menopause.

Initially you will arrange a 60-minute appointment with a menopause specialist GP to explore symptoms and treatment options. Before your appointment, you’ll be sent a questionnaire to complete ahead of your appointment, and may be advised to get blood pressure or blood tests, which we can carry out for you.

A 30-minute  consultation is to review ongoing menopause treatment and monitor your progress. You may again be asked for a blood pressure reading or follow-up tests. Your clinician will explain what’s required and we can carry them out during your visit.

Blood hCG tests can detect pregnancy earlier than home urine tests, and can also measure the exact level of hCG, which can help monitor the progression of the pregnancy or detect potential concerns.Certain medications, particularly those containing hCG (often used in fertility treatments), can affect the test results. Be sure to inform your healthcare provider about any medications you are taking. As with most blood tests, staying hydrated can make it easier for the clinician to draw your blood.

Prior to your consultation with the TRT clinician, we require 2 testosterone test results that demonstrate low levels of male hormone. If you already have these, you can book your initial TRT consultation using the link below. Alternatively, we can arrange these for you prior to your initial appointment with the doctor. An initial appointment is to evaluate your results and discuss your treatment options.

The 30-minute review appointment is to monitor progress and adjust your testosterone treatment as needed.

Our Prostate Screen is a 30-minute face-to-face GP appointment including a PSA blood test and digital rectal prostate exam. Please avoid ejaculation and strenuous activity for 48 hours before your test to ensure accurate results.

An ear irrigation appointment with iGP will include an assessment and if required ear irrigation of both ears. If ear irrigation is not fully successful within the first appointment, a FREE second appointment will be booked to give your clinician the best chance for a successful irrigation. The ear wax removal service is not suitable for children under 18 years of age.

Vitamin B12 is a naturally occurring substance that plays an important role in the regulation and functioning of the digestive system. Among other things, vitamin B12 is also required for the creation of red blood cells and DNA.

* Direct bookings for Vitamin B12 injections are only suitable for patients over 18 years of age. Patients under the age of 18 will require a GP appointment before being able to proceed with an injection.

Some tests will be less expensive by having it as part of a profile or group of tests, so please contact us to assess your needs and arrange a nurse testing appointment. Level Checks have been specifically designed to provide easy access to low-cost blood testing of your key biomarkers. Following your Level Check appointment you will receive a detailed report identifying how your results compare to normal healthy ranges. The report will also include detailed information about the tests and how the results may affect you. Our level checks are suitable for patients that don't initially need clinical intervention. Level Checks can be requested without a consultation and results outside of the standard range are highlighted to indicate if intervention or interpretation is required.

The ALEX allergy blood test is a state-of-the-art, comprehensive test that can help you identify your allergies. The test is easy to take and only requires a small blood sample. It can detect up to 300 different allergens, including pollen, dust mites, pet dander, food, and insect venom. Only suitable for children over the age of 8 years. This booking is for the ALEX test and results only and does not include a GP appointment to review results (if required this can be booked separately).

The iGP Wellness Medical includes a 1-hour appointment with one of our experienced nurses, who will perform physical observations and undertake the necessary pathology tests. It also includes a 1-hour appointment with a doctor, who will perform further physical examinations and review your questionnaire to address any current concerns. Your ECG will be reviewed by a cardiologist, and once you have received your comprehensive report detailing your findings, we will arrange a follow-up appointment with the doctor to discuss the results and provide any advice or treatment as required. When you book your Wellness Medical you will be arranging the pre-medical assessment with one of our nurses. This consultation, available via phone or video, includes a brief questionnaire and scheduling of your in-clinic appointments.

An iGP practice nurse will carry out an ECG (a snapshot of your hearts electrical activity) and send this to a Cardiologist to review and report. Most suitable for patients who have experienced symptoms like heart palpitations, dizziness, or chest pain. The subsequent cardiologist review ensures a comprehensive analysis of your results. You can also arrange an appointment for an ECG with a nurse if simply require the result without interpretation.
