It is vital that if you are taking at drug and alcohol test that you select the right one. If you are taking the test for personal reasons, then it is up to you which test you can have. However, if you are taking the test as it is a requirement for a job or court case, it is important to establish first specifically which test will be accepted by either, for example, your employers or the court. Laboratory tests have a wider window of identification and can test to higher levels of accuracy, however instant point of care tests are extremely popular due the convenience and speed of results. * If a positive test using the instant test is indicated a futher blood/urine lab test may be required to confirm a positive test result.
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before it starts, then you will receive a full refund. However, If you cancel your appointment within the 24-hour period before the appointment is due, then you will be liable to pay the cost of the consultation. If you do need to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible.
