Our Stress Panel measures cortisol and DHEA-S, two key hormones that reflect how your body responds to stress. Cortisol is your primary “stress hormone,” while DHEA-S helps balance its effects and supports energy, mood, and resilience. Together, these markers provide insight into adrenal function, stress adaptation, and overall hormonal balance, helping you understand whether stress may be impacting your health and wellbeing.

Stress has a direct impact on your body’s hormone balance, and two of the most important markers involved are cortisol and DHEA-S. Cortisol is the body’s primary “stress hormone,” released in response to pressure and challenges, while DHEA-S works to balance its effects and support energy, mood, and resilience.
When cortisol and DHEA-S levels are out of balance, it can affect sleep, focus, mood, and immunity. Over time, prolonged stress and disrupted adrenal function may also increase the risk of more serious health issues.
A home Stress Panel blood test makes it easy to check how your body is adapting to stress. Using a finger prick or Tasso device, you can collect your sample at home and send it securely to our UK laboratories for fast and accurate analysis.
Your results will provide clear insight into your adrenal function and overall hormonal balance. This knowledge can help you understand whether stress is playing a role in your symptoms and guide you in making changes to support long-term health and wellbeing.
We want to ensure that all of our patients receive the information they need to make an informed decision about their Treatment. If you have any questions or if you require assistance with anything, please let us know.
