This is a critical warning
Our Vitamins & Minerals panel gives you a detailed look at the essential nutrients your body needs for energy, immunity, and overall wellbeing. It measures iron status (iron, ferritin, transferrin, transferrin saturation, TIBC), vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and albumin. These results can highlight deficiencies or imbalances that may contribute to fatigue, low mood, weakened immunity, or bone and muscle health issues, helping you take targeted steps to optimise your nutrition.
All our home testing kits include a FREE GP consultation to discuss your results and next steps - giving you complete peace of mind from the comfort of your home.
Important: Only suitable for those 18 and over. Collect your sample in the morning after an overnight fast (8–12 hours). Water is allowed, but please avoid any food or drink beforehand for the most reliable results.
If you would prefer to have your sample taken by one of our clinicians, we also offer in-clinic blood testing at our locations in Cardiff, Newport and Carmarthen. Eating a balanced diet is key to staying healthy, but even with good nutrition, deficiencies in vital vitamins and minerals can still occur. These shortfalls may leave you feeling run down, low in energy, or more vulnerable to illness. A simple home test can help you spot potential deficiencies early and take action.
Deficiencies don’t always cause obvious symptoms straight away, yet they can significantly affect areas such as energy levels, mental wellbeing, and immune function. Identifying them sooner gives you the chance to make lifestyle changes or seek treatment before they become more serious.
With our home vitamin and mineral health test, you can easily collect a small blood sample using a finger prick or Tasso device. Your sample is then sent securely to our trusted UK laboratories for fast and reliable analysis, with results delivered in just a few days.
Among the vitamins and minerals we look for are:
If we discover a deficiency, our clinicians will advise a course of treatment or a series of lifestyle changes. You may be advised to take supplements orally or via injections.
Depending on the deficiency you have, you might be experiencing some very specific symptoms. For example, if you're deficient in iron, you might be struggling to concentrate and suffering from a sore tongue. If you're deficient in ferritin, you may be experiencing chronic headaches, leg pains and tinnitus. Your clinician will assess your test results and symptoms before diagnosing the problem or instigating an investigation.
