Our Thyroid test provides a detailed assessment of how well your thyroid is functioning by measuring TSH, free T3, and free T4, the key hormones that regulate metabolism, energy, and weight. It also includes anti-thyroglobulin and anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies, which can help detect autoimmune thyroid conditions such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Graves’ disease. This comprehensive panel offers valuable insights into symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, mood shifts, or low energy, giving you a clearer picture of your thyroid health.
All our home testing kits include a FREE GP consultation to discuss your results and next steps - giving you complete peace of mind from the comfort of your home.

The thyroid is a small, butterfly-shaped gland located at the front of your neck. It plays a crucial role in producing hormones that regulate many essential functions in your body, including metabolism, energy, heart rate, and temperature control.
When the thyroid becomes overactive (hyperthyroidism), it can lead to a range of unpleasant or even serious health issues. An underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) can also cause equally debilitating symptoms, such as tiredness, weight changes, and low mood.
A home thyroid blood test is a simple way to check whether your symptoms may be linked to abnormal hormone levels. Using a finger prick or Tasso device, you can collect a small sample at home and send it to our accredited UK labs for fast results.
Your results can highlight if your thyroid is producing too much or too little hormone. This information can help guide further medical advice, treatment, or monitoring. In many cases, treatment may involve medication to either supplement or reduce thyroid hormone production, with follow-up tests often needed to ensure your levels return to balance.
The effects of an underactive or overactive thyroid can be far-reaching unless you receive medical treatment for the condition.
