By contacting us in advance, our clinical team can ensure you are booked for the most appropriate and cost-effective option, while confirming any preparation requirements so your appointment runs smoothly. Abnormal results are clearly flagged for you, and if you would like further reassurance or a full clinical interpretation, you can easily arrange a follow-up consultation with one of our experienced GPs for personalised advice and next steps.

If you believe you need to have a test, either because you have specfic symtoms or a feeling that something is now quite right, our doctors can advise what tests you should have. By having a GP appointment first, we will have information about your concerns and can address these once the results are returned.
GP-Led Testing
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before it starts, then you will receive a full refund. However, If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour period before the appointment is due, then you will be liable to pay the cost of the consultation. If you do need to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible.
